If the situation is such that you need some sort of action on your part, you can, without anger, take a counter-measure. In fact, such actions which follow true wisdom rather than anger are in reality more effective. A counter -measure taken in the midst of anger may often go wrong. Without anger and without hatred, we can manage more effectively.”
