Gallery hoped around Bergamot Station / Santa Monica / DTLA / West Hollywood galleries, 18th Street Art Center and Eastside International (ESXLA).
Favorites were Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirror interactive room installation and Basquiat’s paintings at The Broad, LACMA Jesús Rafael Soto’s “Penetrable” fun plastic yellow curtain interactive installation (I plan to write about James Turnell’s “Breathing Light” exhibit circa 2016 on future post, this show has never left my memory breath taking inspiration), Eleanor Swordy and Alexa Guariglia’s beautiful paintings at Moskowitz Bayse Gallery and David Lynch’s Festival of Disruption.
