“NO/ON” (scarification birthday performance)

Dear Brian Decker,

My birthday js 9/27 and as a gift to myself this year, I would like to skin brand my left thigh with text saying “NO” in response to the YES tattoo on my right thight. I would like to record the session for my birthday as a symbolic wedding performance. I think this is called scarification tattoo. The tattoo would be 1×1 inch in size, I would like to design the letters myself but need the correct person to do it. 

Would you be able to do tattoo on the day of my birthday?
