Phlegmonous mass in the right pelvic sidewall correlating with finding on the prior CT. The phlegmonous mass is involving the right ureter and right sciatic nerve correlating with referred pain in the right lower extremity. These findings are likely infectious in origin, possibly from an atypical organism like actinomycosis especially given the recent history of IUD removal. There is no discrete measurable fluid collection identified.
