The strange world of Polish Film Posters: part I

Since my recent obsession with film posters, I felt I had to start a thread on the strange and wonderful world of Polish film posters. Unlike many classic poster designs from the 50’s to around mid 80’s, the ‘Polish School’ artists produced highly artistic and conceptual masterpieces during an age of strong censorship. Rather than using the stereotypical images of movie stars and approved typefaces, Polish posters employ a whole new arsenal of graphic interpretation to convey a shorthand essence of the film. The designs still stand strong today amid an era of globalized entertainment.

Anyone know how I can start a blog that will allow me to do this? I believe I’ll need a warning page before entrance, and I want it to come up on search engines..

his wife or girlfriend’s posts and don’t want you to see them.
