Who would have thought that out of all the materials one can use, pen nibs can create a fashionable and statement piece of art?

Well Steve Tai and John Nussey do. They have created an amazing piece of wearable, fashion technology dress consisting of 795 pen nibs, mounted on tiny motors, and sewn into the dress. The result is an interesting animated visual pattern made by the nibs, creating an almost hypnotic shimmer of heart beat movements which changes over time, varying the tempo, pattern and the overall mood of the piece.
